How much time do we need?
5 to 6 hours is usually the right amount of time for most weddings. Larger parties or extended day-of plans could need 7 or more hours of service - let's discuss your vision and find the right option for your day! Many of our couples choose to start with a 5-hour package and reassess as we get closer to wedding day. We're flexible!
Remember: You only pay for PERFORMANCE time! That means if your event starts at 4pm and ends at 10pm, you’ll likely need a 6-hour package. If your event starts at 3pm and ends at 10pm, that’s a 7-hour package. We’ll arrive several hours before our start time to load in, set up, and perform sound checks. You don’t pay for travel time, setup time, or breakdown time!

Add a Sound System
- Adds another complete system for extended service
- Great if dinner and dancing are in different spaces at your venue
- Microphones & all equipment included
- This is another full sound system (above what's included in the package you select), and only needed in special circumstances. This isn't required for music at your cocktail hour, which we provide for free! This option is only needed for weddings with multiple dance floors, separate performance spaces within the same venue, or for events with afterparties in a different location.

We're happy to change options, add services, or adjust your preferences at any point during the planning process. Some addon services like uplighting and audio guestbooks might be subject to availability.

Step 1: Choose a Package
Choose from our three fantastic packages above. Our Celebration package is best suited for smaller weddings or parties that don't need services like ceremony sound or multiple sound systems. The Classic Wedding package is our most popular, and fits most weddings that need ceremony service or sound in two locations. Our Legendary package includes your ceremony, reception, and sound in a third or fourth location, like a dinner under a tent and then dancing in a barn, etc. Please remember, Cocktail Hours almost never need a "full" sound system - we're always happy to use a drop speaker for your cocktail hour music at no additional cost. Package details and timeframes can be changed at any point during the planning process, so it's not 100% necessary to know exactly what your final options will be at the time of booking. We're flexible!
Step 2: Select any Addon Services
Our addon services are all completely optional, and they can be added to our agreement at any point during the planning process. We can also remove services during planning too... totally up to you! Remember, all of our packages already come with everything that you need for wedding day, these addon services are optional additions that can really make the day shine.
Step 3: Request an Agreement
Once you know you'd like to work with us, please let us know ASAP and we'll send our booking info to get started! To retain us for your wedding, we ask for a signed agreement and a deposit of $350.00. The remaining balance on your account will be due one week before wedding day. We can always adjust or add options at any point during the planning process, so there's no pressure to figure everything out when we book.

*The quotes indicated above are valid for service at venues accessible by mainland roads within 100 miles of Portland, Maine or within 50 miles of Bangor, Maine. An extra travel cost may be required for mountaintop venues, islands accessible only by ferry, or for locations that require multiple staff members to safely provide service. An additional $200 travel cost may be required for venues located more than 100 miles from Portland, Maine or more than 50 miles from Bangor, Maine.
