Thank you for your business! We always want to make it easy to pay your balance. Want to pay it all down at once? Great! Need to split it up into several payments? No problem at all.
Here’s how payment works:
Once you have sent us your retainer, we will send you an invoice for the remainder of your balance. Your invoice clearly states what your remaining balance is and when it’s due. Need another copy of your invoice? Just email us and we’ll forward it to you.
Your total balance is due one week before our booked engagement. You can choose to pay that balance all at once, or however it’s easiest for you to pay it – we’re happy to accept payment in installment amounts that work for you, at absolutely no additional charge. If you want to split your balance up, just let us know.
We accept payment in the form of checks, money orders, cash (in person only), credit/debit with a PayPal account, or digital transfers with Google Pay.

If you’d prefer to pay with a credit or debit card, or make a digital payment, we accept PayPal and Google Pay transfers. To use a card with PayPal, please use the secure payment option below. For Google Pay transfers, please send payment to RyanGavin129@gmail.com. We prefer using Google Pay because it’s free, secure and immediate. We will always send you email confirmation and a receipt when payment is received and processed in any form or amount. If you don’t hear from us within 2-3 business days, we did not receive your payment.
PayPal levies a 3.05% service fee for each use of their digital funds transfer service. If you elect to utilize PayPal to transfer funds, we ask that this service charge be remitted back to us as part of your final payment, and that your final payment be in a form other than PayPal.
If, in the event that full payment is not received by the due date listed on your invoice, accounts may be subject to a late payment fee of 20% of the total balance. We reserve the right to refuse to appear at your event if the payment terms of our contract agreement are not met by the date of your event.
